Setting an intention for the week helps me bring some clarity and focus to what I need to do, be, and create in my business and in my personal life. I find that it helps refine my core desired feelings and what I need to bring attention to and what I can let flit away and not attach myself to. I have been doing a lot of work this year on myself, including working through The Desire Map by Danielle Laporte. If you haven’t checked it out yet, and would like to explore more in depth your own personal resilience and create strategies to improve your day-to-day life, then I highly recommend the Desire Map and Danielle’s writings and audio clips.
So it got me thinking of how I could help share this with each of you who are reading through my website. Each week I am going to post a set image of 4 symbols to choose from. These are symbols that I use in my studio during all of my meetings with my clients. They are a gentle nod to my previous career as a Psychologist, and they are a valuable addition to the planning process with each of my clients.
So let’s get started…..
What is your Intention? How do you want to feel this week?
I choose the pyramid….I want to feel like a golden, luminous pyramid, full of emotions, freedom of choice, abundance and a myriad of possibilities ahead of me. It is reflective, it is small but grounded and firm to the touch. THAT is a perfect symbol of how I want to feel this week.
So how about yourself?
Fairy – “I want to feel bold, sensual, peaceful, strong, substantial and cool to the touch.” Tweet that!
Swan – “I want to feel graceful, wings open, taking flight, with my head held up high.” Tweet that!
Pyramid – “I want to feel golden, luminous, full of emotions, freedom of choice, abundance and a myriad of possibilities ahead of me.” Tweet that!
Tigger – “I want to feel joyful, cheeky, full of vitality, not caring what anyone thinks of me and holding my ground.” Tweet that!
Tell me how you want to feel this week. Set your intention! Write your intention at the bottom of this post in the comments section…..share on twitter and facebook! 🙂
