The I in Intimacy

What is your own version of personal intimacy towards yourself? This isn’t about the usual definition of intimacy, relating to how you express intimacy with a partner.  This is about something a lot more closer to home.  How do you become more familiar with your own needs, your own personal desires.  How do you want to feel each and every day and how do you choose activities that will bring you much much closer to that desire?
